What comes in the rad Elevated Stash boxes???

A: Glad you asked! Depending on the box you choose, you will receive glass, papers, lighters, wraps, containers, and cool hip new gadgets on the market from top brands around! At the beginning of each month, we give out hints of what will be featured within our main box ("Pikes Peak") via social media outlets...so what does that mean?? Follow along :)

What is Elevated Stash?

A: Elevated Stash is a smokers subscription box service delivering smoking accessories straight to your door every month! We also feature one-time smoke box options and a very unique online headshop with select items that are rarely seen on the market. We individually research each and every product that is sold on our site, therefore, you will not be getting junk. We strive to make sure you are getting new and exciting products from top brands all over. We are veteran owned/operated and take pride in our customer service. We also give back. We donate $$ from EVERY single box sold to charity to help veterans each month.


How are you different?

A: We don’t knock other brands or companies, everyone is out there doing their thing...but if we need to answer this question, one thing we want to be well known for is giving back. We are veteran-owned and operated, therefore, we decided to start giving back early on because we are familiar with the struggles. For every single box we sell, we are donating $$ from that box to charity to help veterans. We also build our boxes by hand, by extensive research and testing. When we get products in, we try them out...if they suck, WE DON'T SEND THEM TO YOU! We put our money inside the box, NOT on the outside, not a hundred stickers, we give you actual useful products.


What Charity will my money go to?

A: This part of our business is extremely serious to us. On our main page, we have a designated section showing the charity that we partnered with.. Click here to see it which charity we are currently working with. We partner with new charities throughout the year, and donate time, money, and useful products to said charities. The money being donated is YOUR money. YOU are appreciated.


Who can buy?!

A: Anyone over the age of 18+/21+ depending on the laws within your state. ALL of our products are intended for legal herb use ONLY.

You can buy for yourself, or send to a loved one as a gift!


Do you ship to ____ and how much does it cost?

A: Due to the ever increasing prices of shipping costs for small business, we charge shipping to the customer at a flat rate.
We ONLY ship to the U.S. and Canada.

"Pikes Peak" box = $6.99
"Mount Everest" box = FREE

(orders over $75 ship free in US)

International Orders = Calculated @ checkout.


Does my subscription auto-renew?

A: Yes, all subscription box orders will renew automatically every 30 days from your 1st subscription date. Ex: If you subscribed on December 13th, you will be billed again on January 13th. You can cancel ANYTIME via your account or by contacting us here.


How do I CANCEL my subscription?

A: We hate to see you go, but greatly appreciate your business. Option 1: To cancel, fill out this form saying you would like to cancel. Option 2: Go to your account settings and cancel from there. If there is an error saying that you don't have an account, but you get email notifications...that means that when you signed up for the subscription, you didn't register an account. No worries, just email us to cancel or create an account with the same email used when ordering. Feel free to contact us for any issues or questions.


When will my Elevated Stash box ship?

A: All orders are shipped out within 72 hours of processing your payment. 
(exceptions on weekends, holidays, and beginning of the month)


How can I track my package?

A: You will be sent the tracking number via email when it has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


When will my Elevated Stash box arrive?

A: Depending on your location, delivery should be expected within 3-5 days. If it has been longer than this, please contact Admin@ElevatedStash.com for assistance.


What does the packaging look like?

A: Everything shipped to you comes in a white/brown box. “Elevated Stash” is NOT visible on the outside of the box nor any misleading design. We have a few examples of our packaging on our Instagram and other various social media pages so feel free to take a look if this is a concern.


My glass arrived broken, what should I do?

A: Simply send 3-4 pictures of the broken glass to Admin@ElevatedStash.com or use our Contact Page within 48 hours of your package arriving. If damage is caused during the shipping process, then we will get a replacement sent out to you. We do not replace broken glass from personal use.


I Forgot My Password

What is the Refund Policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with the contents of your box, you may request a refund as long as the contents are NOT used and the box is returned to us with all of its original contents. Returns are to be requested within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
